Nutrient Neutrality Update - Green Light for Dover

Nutrient neutrality planning embargo has been lifted for Dover Council following new study.

Natural England has now confirmed that planning applications in Dover can proceed, as a new study has shown that the contribution of new development to nutrient levels in the Stodmarsh Special Area of Conservation (SAC) was insignificant. This allows new housing to be built, without detriment to water quality, and provides a solution to nutrient issues in this locality.

Cole Easdon can provide a number of planning services for your development, including Flood Risk and Drainage Assessments, and Nutrient Neutrality Assessments, for all affected locations.
