Brett Farmery – MEng (Hons) CEng MICE MCIHT ICE Health and Safety Registered.
Brett joined Cole Easdon in 2004, and became Managing Director in 2013. Having previously worked for a major civil engineering contractor, he understands the implications of new development from both a planning and construction basis alike. With comprehensive expertise in all areas of Transport Planning, Brett acts for a multitude of private sector clients, and co-ordinates our Swindon office Transport Planning services. Brett also has Expert Witness experience.

Rob Bowley – BSc (Hons) CEng MCIWEM
Rob has over 25 years’ experience in both site and consultancy based civil engineering. Having been made a Director of Cole Easdon in 2010, he oversees the Infrastructure Design teams in addition to his Director duties. Acting for clients including all major house builders, Rob has developed a wealth of experience on development projects of all sizes, and is well regarded by both clients and local authorities alike.

Doug Hickman – BSc FCILT
Doug has responsibility for our Bristol office and coordinates our Bristol Transport Planning team. Doug joined Cole Easdon in 2009 and was made a Director in 2021. He has comprehensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of Transport Planning relating to new development, and acts for a broad range of clients, with particular experience in London. He also has Expert Witness experience.
Technical Director (Flood Risk & Drainage)
Dean Frosoni – BSc CEng MCIWEM MICE
Dean is responsible for our Water Management services, and has over 30 years’ experience in managing flood risk, civil and environmental engineering projects in both the UK and Australia. Dean offers expertise in flood risk, urban drainage design and as an Expert Witness. Leading a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic engineers, he is well regarded by both developer and local authority clients alike.

Ben East – BEng (Hons) MCIHT
Ben joined Cole Easdon in 2019 and has worked in the private consultancy sector since 2014. Prior to this, he worked for a local highway authority for more than six years, providing him with invaluable first-hand experience of the planning process from which our clients benefit. Ben provides expert advice to our clients and has comprehensive experience of residential, commercial and leisure development proposals. He is proficient in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans and has practical experience with a wide range of Transport Planning tools and modelling software.

Jess Pockett – BEng (Hons)
Jess joined CE in 2012 after completing a degree in Civil Engineering at Cardiff University. Jess provides expert advice to our clients and has comprehensive experience of residential, commercial and leisure proposals. She is proficient in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments, Foul and Surface Water Drainage Strategy documents, Detailed SuDS Design and both Pluvial and Fluvial Modelling Studies acting for a broad range of clients.

Caroline Shakespeare – BA (Hons) MCIHT
Caroline joined CE in 2006 and has over 22 years’ transport planning experience in both the private and public sector. She has comprehensive knowledge and experience of producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and providing detailed technical advice for clients for a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, education, leisure and mixed-use schemes. Caroline is an experienced user of a wide range of transport planning tools and modelling software and is also an experienced Road Safety Auditor.
Associate Director (Finance)
Sarah Seed – BA (Hons)
Sarah joined CE in 2012 after graduating with a BA Combined Honours in English & Sociology. Sarah is responsible for the finance/administration team and all accounting functions including management accounts, cash flow, payroll and VAT. Sarah also assists with human resources, project management, research, costings, procurement and preparing contract documents for clients. She has knowledge of both Sage and Xero accounting and payroll software and has achieved AAT’s Level 3 Diploma in Accounting. Sarah is continuing with studies to become AAT qualified.
