Our expertise
We have experience in providing Expert Witness input in relation to Planning Appeals, from Written Representations through to Public Inquiries. We can act both for Appellants and for Local Planning or Highway Authorities and provide expert, impartial advice in relation to Transport, Infrastructure and Water Management that is derived from many years of experience. We also provide Expert Witness services in relation to Flood-related insurance claims, where we are able to visit a site and prepare an expert report that sets out the causation factors involved with the flooding.
